This feature allowws to notify users about alerts from the cloud.


How to set alarm configuration:

  • Go to configuration 
  • Click 'Subscribers'

Note: View all the subscribers and what they have subscribed to.


A new opens with a bottom tool bar as shown below.

  • Click 'Alarm configuration'

  • Click 'Add alarm configuration'

Opens as shown below .

  • Fill in the 'Name',
  • Select Alarm type from the dropdown menu
  • Change the threshold
  • Click 'Add'


Here is the view after an alarm is configured as shown below


Note: The fields vary when 'Noimport' is selected in 'Alarm type'


  • Select NoImport

Opens an extra field - 'Day to ignore'

  • Choose the days 
  • Click 'Add'

Configuration is saved as the above picture.




Note: The fields vary when 'DisplayFailures' is selected in 'Alarm type'

  • Select NoImport

Opens 2 extra fields

  • Choose the time
  • Check the box - Include a PDF report of failed displays
  • Click 'Add'

Configuration is saved .


Once the alarm been created, got to subscribers and 'Add email subscription'
