Groups


Cloud Enterprise has a build in group system, that gives the possibility to delegate system rights on a group that will impact installations linked to the group.

Service users and user can also be delegated permissions on a group. The following user/service user will also have the permissions on all installations linked to the group

For delegation of permission please refer to the underlying Picture.


Group Creation


In the top menu click on “ Installations (GRP)” and click new in the bottom menu


Type group name an click create

NB! For creation of an installation, a pre purchase license-key is needed.

Add antenna


In the root of you installation click on the following symbol

Antenna type


Dynamic communicator


The main antenna of a Breece installation, the dynamic communicator need to be pre configured, with a api license linked the used Breece license before the installation.


Configuration type:

    "Update an Config"

Hostname:

    "Antenna ip adress"

Serial number 

    "Antenna serial number"

Range Extender 


This antenna extend the main antennas signal, your able to add multiple range extender to a installation. 


Configuration type:

NB. A new antenna is working when it get status "Operational" i can take up to 5 min before the status will appear in the system.




Add Mobile device


To add a PDA (Mobile device) the PDA need to have been pre-installed with Breece mobile cloud version.


Add a Mobile device by typing device serial number, when add is complete the system will create a token used on the Mobile Device. 




PDA Client cloud configurations:


Make sure that the used PDA has access to the internet by WIFI ore Cradle

Token: type the token from the server 


When all configurations is typed in on the device click "test access to the server" on the device to test the device access to the server 

Add Vision box



The box added needs to be configured to run on the installations network before add i possible. Default settings is DHCP  


To add a Vision box to the installation the serial number for the box is needed



When the box is added. a ready to use symbol will appear on the vision screen.





Mobile Assist device configurations


Download the app on you android device.


To make a QR Code to login on the installation true Mobile Assist find the created service user, from the users list mark the user to see the API key.

Breece cloud user administration



In the top select "Access" => "Users"


Cloud web user

This user will enable you to use the Cloud web interface. 


In the bottom actionbar select "New User" 


Fill out all the fields and click "Add user"


Now that we have a user we need to give it permissions. 


By default, no permissions are given to new users and they will not have access to any installations.


Find your new user in the list. Right click and select permissions.


How to give permissions


System roles 

Giving system admin permissions to a user.


Take care!!! When you give a user a system role the user has access to all installations. 


Procedure:

  1. Select the desired role and press "Add role"


Installationgroup roles

Giving a user permissions to an installation group will affect all the installations in the selected group.


Procedure:

  1. Select the installation group.
  2. Select the desired role and press "Add role"



Installation roles

Will give the user access to specific installations. 

A user can have permissions to multiple installations.


Procedure:

  1. Enter the installations License key.
  2. Select the desired role and press "Add role"

Breece Mobile Assist user

This user will enable you to use the Breece Mobile Assist app for android.
