Make sure the antenna is online and visibel in the Discovery tool

C:\Program Files (x86)\ZBD Displays\Bounce\Tools\EthernetCommunicator\ZBDDiscover

If you can't see the antenna in the Discovery tool or ping it. try to reeboot the device by disconnecting the power for 10sek.

If the reeboot is not working try swtching the antennas in your store or change the port on the switch. This step is to dertemin if the antenna is broken or the problem is network related.
